Hi, this is Linda. We are in Kathmandu and it is really early in the morning. We've all just got up and we’re gonna be heading out to get our little plane up to the mountains to start our amazing journey. Yesterday was incredible we all hung out in town, went for a beautiful dinner in the evening, a welcome dinner and then headed back to the hotel. Everyone’s very excited about starting (…….) Hi to everybody at Children's Hospital, to all the children in there who might be following us on the on the website. We're all thinking of you. We’ve got all our prayer flags carefully packed and we’ll be taking them with us. I'd like to say hi to my household Maddie and Oscar. Hope you're doing well and to Chris, Lynn, Kate, and Anne and Michael, who are all holding down the fort. Hope Charlie the dog’s being good for you guys and yeah hope you’re getting the emails. We’ll be phoning in again later on this afternoon when we arrive in Lukla and start our journey.
