Hi this is Trish Fryer from the top of the lookout from our day hike from Namche Bazaar this morning. We had a two hour hike up and are at 12,600 feet, everyone is feeling great. We got our first view of Everest, it is awesome. We are heading back down now. We have taken pictures with our prayer flags. We are heading back down to Namche Bazaar to enjoy the afternoon. It is an acclimatization day and we will be heading out tomorrow. Hello to my family and my kids, I miss you all and wish you were here with me. Hello to all the children at BC Children's Hospital, you really inspire us to keep on going.
