Having been captivated by the wonders of Mt. Kilimanjaro and the Ecuadorian Andes on past adventures with Summits of Hope, it was a relatively easy decision to choose to make the 2008 trek to Everest Base Camp, long considered a classic in hiking circles. I am honoured to once again have the opportunity to chip away at my hiking "to-do list" with an outstanding team, while raising funds for a most worthy cause, BC Children's Hospital. Please join me in helping put smiles back where they belong: kids' faces.
