Inspired by her father, Malcolm Bruce, Jordan joined Summits of Hope in 2005 to help raise money for BC Children's hospital. At 21 years of age Jordan is excited about climbing the highest mountain in Africa. In 2003 Jordan climbed Mt. Baker with her father and has since wanted to summit more technical routes.

Jordan has always been active from winning cities in track, snowboarding, tree planting and playing rugby. Jordan is currently a loss prevention officer and in her third year of criminology/psychology at SFU.
