Bruce is honoured to once again be associated with summits of hope and excited to be climbing in Ecuador for 2007. He's a past team member that went to the top of Kilimanjaro in 2005. He was successful with the team in raising over $160,000 for BC Children's Hospital Foundation. Like so many of us Bruce has lost friends and family to cancer. Summits of Hope is a perfect opportunity for him to contribute raising funds to help children.

Bruce is a native to B.C. and grew up in Surrey where his Mother, Sister and her family live. He has spent his life setting and attaining goals from personal, financial and career. Balance between family, work, and recreation is a fundamental goal. 'You are what you do, not what you say' is a philosophy he believes in. Bruce is a past volunteer firefighter, an accomplished marathon runner, triathlete, and adventure team racer. An outdoor enthusiast some of his other passions include skiing, cycling, kayaking and windsurfing. Bruce has a love for travel and experiencing different cultures.
